Who Should Attend
Any person who are required to erect & dismantle pre-fabricated scaffolding, using safety harnesses.

Course Objectives
The Basic Scaffolding Competency course is designed to provide an understanding of conversional scaffolding including the safety requirements and the identification of faults on basic facade scaffold structures.

To assist delegates to understand the principles of scaffolding tube and fitting and their components, to aid site inspections and the identification of faults and hazard.

Lectures/ theory, presentation, practical training.

PPE Requirements
Mainly classroom format, but delegates should bring safety helmet, boots, gloves and eye protection

Valid Medical Certificate is required.

Who Should Attend
Participant who holds valid Basic Scaffolding of competency and with working experience of not less than six months(6) as a scaffolder on work sites.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course trainees will have a working knowledge on safe methods of erecting, dismantling and calculation used on intermediate scaffolds.

Valid Medical Certificate is required.

Previous Basic Scaffolding Competency (DOSH) certified certificates.

Who Should Attend
Scaffolding site supervisors, foreman, safety officers, who have attended at least the Basic Scaffolding and who are responsible for inspection and checking scaffolds for safe use and signing certificates and registers in accordance with statutory regulations and have a minimum of Basic Scaffolding Competency Course.

Course Objectives
To redevelop complete understanding of the appropriate safety regulations and their implementation and refresh their knowledge in latest safety regulations and requirements.

Lectures/ theory, presentation, practical training.

5 days

Valid Medical Certificate is required.

Previous Scaffolding Safety Inspection certified certificates.
